Back in 2012 Hooters made an attempt to update their restaurants to appeal to the Millenial demographic, but it turns out that they are more interested in good food rather than waitress cleavage.
Hooters has even been forced to open up locations with fully clothed servers  women and MEN! Can you imagine going to Hooters and have a GUY serve you food? Why are you even going to Hooters than?

That’s what you get when you have an entire generation (millennials) feeding off soy. They eat soy, breath soy, and act soy.
Maybe millennials don’t like it because we’ve figured out Hooters sucks.
I can’t speak for every millennial, but I’ve been to a couple different Hooters and I’ve vowed not to go back. The wings are worse than the average bar wings. None of the waitresses seemed to enjoy being there, they either went through the motions like robots or put on a fake ‘happy’ act that wouldn’t fool anyone. Plus, half of them seemed underqualified for working at a Breastaurant. Seemingly every other guy there was some obnoxious fat dick twice the age of me and my buddies, who thought that his innuendos were hilarious & that everybody else in there needed to hear it. The decor and uniforms look like they belong in the 70s, which may have been fine 40 years ago but not today. I could go on, but why bother?
The Tilted Kilt is much better. Cuter waitresses in hotter outfits, better food, and a nicer place to hang out in.

Lol the reason most millenials don’t eat at these places are most millenials are fucking bums, who have little to no expendable income hence they can’t afford places like Hooters, Applebee ‘s, or plenty of other places , because their idiotic, whiney, unemployable shits who will live at home until they are 30 or older.
Haven’t been to a Hooters in the last decade. Bad food, small tits, and shitty attitudes.

Hooters has the worst food. Service is ok, but the good is god awful.
Tilted Kilt has girls in skimpy skirts and showing more cleavage anyways and the food isn’t half bad. Frankly these places have shit owners/managers most of the time that take up a girls time way way way too much and you will see a group of them just gathered around a table where “the boss” is sitting like they are trying to suck his dick for better pay and that’s why hooters and tilted kilt (likely) will have issues ultimately staying up cuz T&A can only keep ya going for so long if your service is crap because of the owner/managers.
@Al_Anon I’ve not had a good experience @ tilted kilt just yet from a service end of things. As noted above. The staff was all around one table and the waitress came to my table maybe one other time other than the original order and giving us our food which was to give us our check. While the staff is cute and has better outfits frankly management seems to be a problem at SOME of the locations.
The food is definitely good though.
