Playboy Playmate Reagan Wilson has sadly passed away at the age of 79, but she will will always be remembered as the Playmate who went to space! Here’s her story:
Reagan Wilson, a well known name in the glamour modeling scene was chosen as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month in 1967 and she posed nude for the centerfold. A couple of years later, pictures from her nude spread ended up traveling all the way to the moon!
Two photocopies of Reagan’s nude centerfold were snuck onto the Apollo 12 shuttle, which was the second ever to land on the moon in 1969.
The pictures was discovered in a locker on the space capsule while the astronauts were exploring the moon’s surface. The photocopy, which showed the Reagan, then aged 20, sitting nude on a bail of hay and a funny accompanying message found alongside the pic, which read: “map of a heavenly body.”
Another picture of the model was captioned with the joke “preferred tether partner”.

Alan Bean, one of the astronauts on board Apollo 12, explained: “About two and a half hours into the extravehicular activity, I flipped the page over and there she was.”
He added, “I hopped over to where Pete was and showed him mine, and he showed me his. We giggled and laughed so much that people accused us of being drunk or having ‘space rapture’.”
The prank was the handiwork of an astronaut called Dave Scott, who served as a reserve for the crew.
Pretty funny gag and I bet the pictures of Reagan’s boobs came in “handy” considering it was just two male astronauts stuck in space for who knows how long.
Makes you wonder if the astronauts going to the moon on Artemis brought any porn? Or maybe they just got internet access and are surfing Boobie Blog!
Reagan Wilson also became an actress with starring roles on big shows like The Munsters and The Johnny Carson Show.
