Lindsay Lohan was spotted wearing a see through top and NO BRA while shopping at 14 Karat in LA! Very nice view of her pink nipples but I have to admit that seeing her boobs so often has made them lose their luster a bit. Still, its nice of her to give us treats.. so many celebs don’t!
