The issue with AI stuff is that it’s almost entirely derivative. Take what exists, tweak it, then present it. And that sort of process will usually result in stuff that is close to the overall average of the training data. Which means it’ll be a whole lot of clones, but nothing that stands out.
All I see is uncanny valley, AI porn is a massive turn off for me, not interested at all.
Only part they have yet to really master is the more realistic look of nipples/areolas
