Why is that even a question? Fake boobs are so easy to spot it’s kind of surprising they haven’t banned the procedure yet as attempted fraud; the promised effect is never achieved.
Rule of thumb: The center of mass of a real breast is below the nipple (an implant shifts the center to the nipple); sideways it’s drop-shaped and slightly horseshoe-shaped in total (fakes are bulged and round); it flattens totally and sinks towards the armpit when she’s on her back (fakes keep pointing up); they move in a pendulum-like motion like a fluid in a bag (fake breasts show less inertia and move like solid bodies in a bag); and most importantly, real boobs are always more or less lopsided (a plastic surgeon would undo that since it’s considered to be a flaw).
