Fake boobs bounce but they don’t jiggle or sway (unless they are monstrous). Real boobs may jiggle better but they don’t hold up vs. gravity and usually pancake, so Fake Boobs FTW
Yeah, that’s a stupid video and a pointless comparison. She picked a girl with smallish fake boobs who had them strapped them in as much as possible.
Pick a girl with small natural boobs and they wouldn’t move much either. Big fake boobs bounce and jiggle just as much as big real ones.

I’d have to agree with the other comments. It really depends on the girl and the surgeon whether or not real or fake boobs are better.
And then there are those of us who prefer natural, regardless of how well done the fakes may be.
My most recent ex was a beautiful Asian with small boobs. They were natural and yet very firm. Didn’t bounce, juggle, or do much of anything just like small fake boob girl in video. Really need bigger fake boobs to truly judge… Plus no restraints! So full on nude boob bouncing comparison. Also like already said, depends on surgeon and type of implant as well as percentage of real boob to fake boob material within the boob itself.
I’m actually a doctor and can tell you very modern silicone breasts do indeed “bounce” in layman terms. I could explain further but I would need to have an intermediary to understand my technical phrases. Reply if you want to know more.
