Just for the heck of it, I went to the Guinness World Records website and typed in “breast” to see if they had any record of big boobs. They didn’t, however I found this odd record:

Organized by the City of Berkeley Women Infants Children Program, a total of 1,130 women simultaneously breast-fed their babies at the Community Theater, Berkeley, California, USA on August 3 2002

Talk about stupid record. Either way, without any facts or anything I am going to crown Chelsea Charms queen of boobs. I really have never seen anything quite like her rack anywhere else.
