The narrator is not familiar with the concept of sexual maturity or puberty. Tits develop in that stage to signal males that a female can have children. So tits = fertility to males. No tits = hey the female is still too young to have children, do not waste your effort there. It has nothing to do with men wanting to get back to when they were newborns and everything to do with continuing the species. Oh also big signs read better so it’s no wonder males prefer big signals 🙂
