i watched a documentory on tv about lads mags and they said that in the UK they are not officially porn so they can bypass publishing laws but tits only, theyve been to court over it and everything but they won

Bulldog is correct, such magazines are not top shelf material, a lads mag is not a jazz mag, if you want to see quim reach higher for the Razzle or whatever. Should be pointed out that although some glamour models you see in Nuts/Zoo/Loaded etc. appear in the top shelf magazines I think most of the birds are of a lower standard.
I doubt Kitty Lea will be able to make more money flashing her gash in such publications, however, some well known models have a fully nude past. Sophie Howard and I think Michelle Marsh have a few like that in their back catalogues, nothing gratuitous though so no spread leg stuff.
