she nevr come accross as busty to me but she does hav the great size boobs thats neither big or small, just right i suppose (i prefer bigger myself like mandi)
however i think shes gained weight and the foods has gone to her tits which is why i think shes now officially busty (for now until she slim down again, but i hope she retains the tits)
I think the movie camera is very kind to Miss Penny.

It cracks me up when these candids of actress come out and people are like, “Oh they gained weight.” or “Oh she’s fat.” (not that anyone said it here in a derogatory way).
Actually what happened is the movie producers and studios force these women to diet and train down to a nearly anorexic level for filming. The other 9 months of the year they are usually at a normal and healthy weight.
This is what she looks like every day. When she is about to shoot a film she has to go to the gym for hours on end and eat only rice cakes so she can be skin and bones.
Nobody can maintain the weight that they do on screen.
