Actually most women with as much fat mass as her (based upon her upper arm) have much smaller breasts (she’s probably an average sized woman discounting the tits), but you are right since gross means big (it’s French). Most women with breasts that size probably have more than twice her mass, huge batwings on their upper arms and a couple of shows with Jerry Springer. Not to mention four chins, ingrained dirt on their buttocks, the perpetual smell of fried chicken and dried sweat, and cellulite on their neck (may not be possible, but it’s a funny image).
