The picture is legit. Yesterday was “woman crush Wednesday” on twitter and she re tweeted a slightly cropped version of this picture several times. Even in the cropped pic you could see her nipples. You can go to her twitter feed right now and they’re still there.
So yes, this is a legit picture of her boobs. And they’re definitely implants. But so what, they look great.
