I don’t think your observations have much to do with Mexican women vs. lower class (financially) people. Go to any poor neighborhood in fly over country USA, and tell me how many in shape people you see vs. how many obese people. Poor people in countries where they don’t starve tend to get very fat. In Mexico, the middle/upper class is simply smaller than in the US, but rich Mexican women are just as likely to be in fine shape at 30 or 40 as their American counterparts.
