   I love boobs on the boob tube, but bouncing boobs would not make the shoulder straps move up and down also.

   to ghgc: the boobs aren’t actually “bouncing” (like, due to a bumpy road or something like that). This woman has submuscular breast implants, where the implant is below the pectoralis muscle. She’s flexing her pecs, then, to create the bouncing action.
